1Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Aantic LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("Aantic", "we", "us"). By accessing or using aantic.ai (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. You also accept these Terms when you submit a form on the Site that links to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. The Site is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
2What these Terms cover
These Terms cover the Site — our public marketing pages and the forms on them. They do not cover the Aantic platform. Access to the platform is provided only under a separate written agreement between Aantic and a customer, and in the event of a conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the signed agreement controls for the platform.
3Permitted use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view the Site for your own business evaluation purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, any account, or any system or network connected to it, or to probe, scan, or test its security or authentication measures.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by overloading it, introducing malicious code, or circumventing any rate limit or access control.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to extract content from the Site except for indexing by public search engines and AI search or answer services in the ordinary course, for the purpose of returning links to or summaries of the Site.
- Use the Site or its content to build, train, or improve a competing product or service, or to train any machine-learning model.
- Submit false information through our forms, impersonate another person or organization, or send us unsolicited commercial messages.
4Accounts and credentials
If Aantic has issued you credentials for the platform, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity under your account, and you agree to notify us promptly at support@aantic.ai if you believe an account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate access to an account at any time where we reasonably believe these Terms or the applicable customer agreement have been breached.
5Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the Aantic and Aantic AI names, the Aantic wordmark, layouts, and software — are owned by Aantic or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right in section 3, no license or right is granted to you, by implication or otherwise, to any Aantic intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Site or its contents without our prior written consent.
6Information you submit
If you submit information through a form on the Site — for example a demo request — you represent that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our products, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without obligation or compensation to you.
7AI output
Any description of our products on the Site, and any output generated by AI features, is decision support meant to be reviewed by a person. It is not professional, legal, financial, or operational advice, and it can be wrong. You are responsible for the decisions you make and for validating any output before acting on it. Metrics, return-on-investment figures, case examples, and product demonstrations on the Site are illustrative, may be based on sample data, and are not a guarantee of results.
8Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We provide those links for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and a link is not an endorsement.
9Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AANTIC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any content on it is accurate or complete.
10Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AANTIC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain of these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aantic and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12Suspension and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may also restrict your access to the Site at our discretion. Sections 5 through 11 and 13 through 15 survive any termination.
13Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and Aantic agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site is the state courts located in Illinois, or the federal courts of the Northern District of Illinois, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Aantic regarding the Site, except where a signed customer agreement applies.
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Electronic communications. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.
- Notices. We may give you notice by email to the address you provided to us or by posting the notice on the Site. Notices to Aantic must be sent to support@aantic.ai.
