1What this policy covers
Aantic AI ("Aantic", "we") provides agentic AI software for supply chain planning and analysis. We are based in Chicago, Illinois, and we serve business customers in the United States.
This covers aantic.ai and the Aantic platform. It does not cover information collected offline, a customer's own systems that we connect to, or third-party sites we link to. Aantic is a business product; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
2Our two roles
The same policy has to describe two different situations, and your rights differ depending on which applies.
- We are the controller for information about website visitors, people who request a demo, and the account details of people who sign in. We decide how that information is used, and this policy governs it.
- We are a processor for what customers put into the platform — uploaded files, queries, and the results generated from them ("Customer Data"). We handle it on the customer's instructions under our agreement with them, not for our own purposes.
If your employer uses Aantic and you want to see or delete data in their workspace, ask them — they control it, and we will support their request.
3What we collect, and why
| Category | Why we have it |
|---|---|
| Demo requests | To reply to you and follow up about our products. |
| Account data | To create your account, keep you signed in, and secure it. |
| Website analytics | To see which pages are useful, keep the site working, and protect it against abuse, spam, and attacks. |
| Customer Data | To provide the platform. We process this as a processor. |
4AI and model training
The platform uses large language models to interpret queries and produce analysis, which means relevant Customer Data is sent to the model providers in section 6 for processing and the result comes back to your workspace.
- We do not use personal information to train AI models, and we do not permit our providers to train on Customer Data.
- Model output can be wrong. It is decision support meant to be reviewed by a person, not advice.
5Cookies
We use cookies set by our authentication provider to keep you signed in. The platform cannot work without them.
6Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Service providers and vendors: third parties that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the platform or our business (such as hosting, information technology, database and file storage, authentication, email delivery, website analytics, and AI model processing). Each is bound by written terms, may use information only to provide services to us, and receives only what that service requires.
7Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access to production systems is limited to staff who need it, and workspaces are separated so one customer cannot reach another's data.
8Your rights, and how to reach us
Depending on your state, you may have the right to:
- Know what we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- Stop marketing email — use the unsubscribe link in any such message, or just tell us. You will still get service and security notices for an account you hold.
- Appeal if we turn a request down.
Email hello@aantic.ai and we will verify the request and respond within 45 days. If your request concerns data in a customer's workspace, we will point you to that customer.
